Eligibility Criteria:

• Sindh Domicile Candidates
• HSSC (Pre Medical) or equivalent examination at least 60% marks  

4 Year Program:

• BS Nursing 
• BS Molecular Biology & Genetics (BSMB&G)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates of Various Provinces/Areas of Pakistan as per allocation of seats
• HSCC (Pre Medical) or equivalent examination at least 50% marks  

4 Year Program:

• BS Molecular Biology & Genetics (BSMB&G)

 Eligibility Criteria:

• Sindh Domicile Candidates
• HSCC (Pre Medical) or equivalent examination at least 50% marks  

4 Year Program:

• BS Forensic Science in Forensic Biology (BSFB)
• BS Forensic Science in Forensic Chemistry & Toxicology (BSFC&T)

• Diploma in Ophthalmic Technician
• Diploma in Dental Technician
• Diploma in Refractionist

• Diploma in CT Technology
• Diploma in MRI Technology

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH APPLICATION FORM

• Copy of Matriculation Certificate (SSC) or O-level Equivalence Certihcate by lBCC
• Copy of Matriculation Marks Certihcate or level Transcript Certihcate by IBCC
• Copy of HSSC IPre-Medical Marks Certihcate/ A Level Transcript Certificate by 1BCC
• Copy of HSC (Pre-Medical) Certiñcate (Provisional) or A-Level equivalence certificate by 1BCC
• National identity Card from NADRA/B Form of the candidate (as applicable)
• Domicile & PRC (C) Certificate of the candidate.
• Domicile of Father (in case of death of father or divorce then mother) of death of father or divorce mother)
• Candidate applying under the category of overseas Pakistani should submit proof of educational certificates of the candidate from
• abroad and his/her father /mother working outside Pakistan.
• Six passport size photographs of the candidate (fresh)
