ADMISSION NOTICE - PUBLIC SECTOR MEDICAL AND DENTAL COLLEGES OF ISLAMABAD SESSION 2020-21

Admissions 100 seats per year have been allocated for admissions in MBBS at Federal Medical & Dental College (FM&DC). Every effort is taken to ensure transparency and addressing concerns in induction of students at FM&DC for which the National Testing Service (NTS) is assigned the responsibility of adherence to the relevant Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC) rules and regulations. Seats allocated to students according to approved quota are given below:- Sindh R = 09 Sindh U (Karachi)= 06 Eligibility Criteria 65% in FSC/HSSC Per Medical  60% in MDCAT Test 120/200 MCQs Merit Determination Criteria  F.Sc (Pre-Medical) / HSSC / A-Level / Equivalent = 50% National MDCAT 2020 = 50% for Merit Calulation ADVERTISEMENT Mandatory Documents required for online Application:   (A) For Open Merit/Quota:  i. Passport size photograph of the candidate with blue background.  ii. Scan copy of HSSC Pre-Medical Certificate /Equivalence Certificate of  A-Leve1/12th Grade issued by IBCC  iii. Scan copy of Domicile Certificate of the candidate.  iv. Scan copy of proof of residence/property/education or any tangible evidence of  stay in region of domicile.  v. Scan copy of CNIC/B-Form of the candidate.  vi. Scan copy of paid fee challan  vii. Scan copy of Hifz-e-Quran certificate (B) Additional Mandatory Documents for  Quota:  i. Scan copy of disability certificate issued by specialist working in Govt.  Hospital describing the nature of disability (For seats of disabled persons only).  ii. Scan copy of employment certificate issues by relevant Federal Government  institution (For seats of Federal Govt. Employees only). Important Instructions:  i. The entire process of submission of application is online, hence there is no  need to submit hard copy of application to the University.  ii. Incomplete/deficient applications shall not be entertained.  iii. Application once submitted shall be considered final.  iv. candidates having foreign qualification (0/A-Level) shall have to upload the  equivalence certificate issued by IBBC at the of submission of online application  v. The selected applicant shall have to deposit their fee after securing position in  merit list within five working days failing which the next applicant on the waiting  merit list will be offered admission to facilitate timely completion of admission process.  vi. A student who is found to have forged their high school leaving certificate /  degree or presented a false document shall be barred from applying to any  medical or  dental college in Pakistan in the future and the admission of the  candidate shall stand Cancelled.  Last Date for Online Registration 08-01-2021  Display of 1st Merit List 15-01-2021 HOW TO APPLY: 1) The applicants are required to click on the Apply Now Button: 2) Please register with your valid CNIC, email address.  3) After registration, the applicant is required to complete the online application form  a. Personal Information  b. Print Challan  c. National MDCAT 2020 Information  d. Academic Information e. Upload Scanned Copies of documents  f. Apply for a program  4) Applicants will take print of application processing fee challan from online  admission portal and deposit at the nearest branch of Habib Bank Ltd.  5) Application processing fee is Rs. 3000/- which is non-refundable/non-adjustable  6) Once an applicant is offered admission as per his/her merit and quota. It will be  final and it will not be changed.  7) The application form once submitted cannot be changed by the applicant.  8) Please submit an Online Application before 4:00 pm on 08 January 2021
