ELIGIBITY CRITERIA

The Domicile of Sindh is mandatory for Candidates having to appear in Entry Test for Admission in MBBS / BDS Program in Public and Private Sector Medical Universities / Colleges of Sindh

As per Admission Regulations 2020 of PM&DC, a Candidate must have passed Intermediate / HSSC Pre-Medical Group of Equivalent Examination (e.g. A-Level, 12th Grade etc.) With minimum 65% (Unadjusted) Marks. However, those awaiting for Results can also apply.

Mere appearance in Entry Test DOES NOT conter the right to claim Admission in any Medical & Dental University College. All the Admissions shall be provided in accordance with Allocation of Seats at respective University College and purely on Merit Basis.

ENTRY TEST PATTERN

The Entry Test shall be conducted from the prescribed Intermediate syllabus of the Board of Intermediate and secondary Education of Province of Sindh.

Entry Test comprises of a Single Question Paper containing 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) divided into the following 04 (Four) Subjects:

Biology: 80 MCQS
Chemistry: 60 MCQS
Physics: 40 MCQS
English: 20 MCQS

Total Marks 200 and there shall be No Negative Marking in the Test

Duration of Test shall be 150 Minutes (2 Hours, 30 Minutes)

The Passing Marks shall be 33% (66 / 200) in the Test

TEST CENTERS

The Test shall be simultaneously arranged in the following Cities of Sindh Province

KARACHI
HYDERABAD
MIRPURKHAS
NAWABSHAH (SBA)
SUKKUR
LARKANA

Candidates can select any of the above Venue as his/her Test Centre, nearest to Residence for his/her convenience

HOW TO APPLY

Online Registration process for Entry Test starts from 18th SEP 2020 and continues til 5th OCT 2020

Please fill up the Online Application Form

when you press "SUBMIT button, the Bank Deposit Slip and the filled up Application Form will appear. Print both and pay the Fee of Rs.790/= in any of the Country wide and Online Branches of ABL, HBL or MCB, and get Receipt from the Bank

Send the printed Application Form along with the Original Paid-Up Copy of the Deposited Slip (Print Form + Original Paid Voucher (NTS Copy), to NTS Headquarters, 36. Street P04, Sector H-8/1, and Islamabad, within 18 days of publication of the advertisement

No Application Form will be entertained, which is received after prescribed Deadline

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

The Candidates MUST reach their respective Centre at least One Hour before the commencement of the Test on OCT 18, 2020 (i.e. by 8:30 am).

The Centers will be Sealed / Closed at 9:30 am on the Test Day

The Candidates must bring the following with them on the Test Date

Original CNIC / Form B / Smart Card issued by NADRA of Original Passport (Photocopies are NOT acceptable)
Print Out of Roll No. Slip issued by the NTS along with One Picture
A Clean Clip Board
Two Ball Point Pens. (Not Pointer, Markers, Pencils, Jell Pens, etc.)

The Students MUST strictly follow Govt. Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) for Covid-19 i.e wearing proper Masks and Social Distancing of 6 Feet at the entrance of Hall and during the conduct of Entry Test

The Mobile Numbers and email address provided in the Online Admission Forms should be entered correctly, and those should be FUNCTIONAL in all ways as the SMS & Emails Alerts regarding allotted Roll Numbers and Examination Centre shall also be sent to these Numbers and Email addresses

Mobile Phones, Smart Watches and other Electronic Gadgets are NOT ALLOWED in the Examination Hall otherwise strict Disciplinary Action shall be taken which shall also lead to Cancellation of Paper and will be debarred from appearing in the upcoming Medical Entrance Test.

NOTE:

The Candidates will send Photostat Copies of Fee Voucher and all required Documents to NTS address through FAST COURIER SERVICE on or before 5th OCTOBER, 2020.
