Student enrolled in Private Universities / Institutions / Affiliated Campuses are not eligible to apply in Ehsaas Scholarship.

• Full Tution Fee
• Monthly Stipend
• Scholarship covers university tuition fee and stipend throughout four-five years of degree duration.
• inlcude all major fields of education including agriculture, arts and humanities, business education, engineering, medical, physical sciences, and social sciences.
  
• 50% of scholarships are reserved for the female students in the overall Project's target.
  
• 2% of the scholarships are reserved for them physically challenged students,

HOW TO APPLY

All students are required to apply through following HEC Online Application System:

Application form can be submitted to the respective university’s financial aid office. 

Don’t submit the application form directly to HEC or BISP Ehsaas Scholarship

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Scholarships are offered for:

1. Newly admitted students
2. Admissions secured on merit only. Merit means that the student has fulfilled the admission criteria of the institution in which he/she intends to study
3. Degree programs allowed by the HEC.
4. Age limit set by institution's regulations, i.e., the maximum age of the eligibility for the scholarship is the same as the maximum age for applying for admission in undergraduate programs at the HEI.

Ineligibility Conditions:

A student is ineligible for the scholarship if found

1. Availing any other scholarship or continuous grant 
2. Enrolled in distant learning programs and  affiliated colleges (both public/private )
3. Secured admission on self-sustain/ self-support/ self-finance basis, or in evening programs with higher fee structures

DOCUMENTS

After submission  of the online application form of Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship Project , the applicant is required to take printout of the application form and attach following supporting documents:

1. Copy of applicant CNIC / B. Form
2. Copy of CNIC (Father, Mother/ Guardian)
3. Salary Slip / Income Certificate (Father/Guardian, Mother)
4. If father is Labourer on daily wage / shopkeeper / private job, then attach undertaking of Income Certificate on minimum amount of stamp paper of Rs. 50/-
5. Copies of last Six Month Utility Bills (Electricity, Gas, Telephone, Water) – (If applicable)
6. Copy of Rent agreement in case of Rented House
7. Copies of Last Fee Receipts of Applicant and Siblings (If applicable)
8. Copies of Medical bills/ expenditure related documents (if applicable)
9. 01 Passport size Photograph of Applicant 
10. 01 Picture of House from outside Front

Important Note: 

The hard copy of the application form along with the supporting documents will be submitted to the Student Financial Aid Office of the university only.

APPLYING PROCESS

All students are required to apply online by clicking on the option below

• SUBMIT the application form. Applications in the "Saved" mode will not be acceptable.
• Applicants are required to submit hard copies of the application form along with the supporting documents to the financial aid office of the university by the given deadline.(list of supporting documents are specified on the website)
• The Scrutiny Committee of the university  will short list all candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria, based on the information provided in their applications, and who have provided all the information sought for under the rules such as proof of family income, assets, past academic record, age (where appropriate) etc.
• Incomplete application form in any respect will be rejected.
• The Institutional Scholarship Award Committee of the universities will interview/ recommend potential applicants for the award of scholarship.
• Scholarship awardees will be asked to sign a deed of agreement on a stamp paper.
• Financial Aid Office of the university   shall issue the Final Scholarship Award Letter.
• Awarded scholarship is not transferable to any other university/ academic program/ academic session.
• Scholarship funding shall continue for next semester/ year subject to satisfactory academic performance.

Note: 

Students are advised to fill the online application form very carefully and provide authentic documentary proof of household income and expenditure for assessment and evaluation by the scholarship award committee. If, during any stage of degree program it is found that the Scholarship Awardee has provided false information in the application form/forged/tampered the application form or income certificate in order to secure the scholarship, the university will be liable to take strict disciplinary action as per rules which may include, but not limited to the refund of all scholarship funding.

04	If Mother is deceased and CNIC Number or CNIC Expiry Date is not available, then how to proceed further?	The student can add details fo father/brother/sister CNIC details
05	If any mistake occurred during filling Online Application Form and also submitted, then how to Edit the Correct Information? E.g. Error in DOB, Age, Spell Mistake, Income Amount, Expenditure info etc.	Please take print of your online submitted application form and make changes in printed form with signature of applicant at the place of changes. Proof of changes is also required to be submitted  to FAO of your university. Further changes will be made by FAO staff in Evaluation Sheet and that change will be considered final.
06	If student enrolled in private sector universities, do they eligible to apply in Ehsaas Scholarship?	Student enrolled in Private Universities / Institutions / Affiliated Campuses are not eligible to apply in Ehsaas Scholarship.
07	If Father is retired / jobless / Laborer / etc, which document will be attached as supporting document for Family Income / Salary information etc?	If Father is retired, please attach copy of pension book/Latest Bank Statement. If father is Laborer on daily wage / shopkeeper / private job, then attach undertaking of Income Certificate on minimum amount of stamp paper. In case of Shopkeeper, please attach 02 Shop Pictures with Income Certificate. If father is jobless or deceased and paternal or maternal uncle / khala / family friends etc are supporting applicant family, then mention that partial amount in Rupee in family income field which is receiving by applicant family from their family friends, but do not mention their Uncle / Guardian / Family Friends FULL INCOME / SALARY in application form. If applicant father job is outside Pakistan, than Income Certificate should be in currency of that specific country.
8	I am student of Govt College / Affiliated College, am I eligible to apply in Ehsaas undergraduate Scholarship?	Students of Affiliated Colleges / Campuses (public/private) are NOT ELIGIBLE
9	I am enrolled in Evening Degree Program/distant learning self-finance/self-sustain program, am I eligible to apply in Ehsaas undergraduate Scholarship?	No , you are not eligible
10	What is Online Application Submission Process and How to apply?	Step 1: All Eligible Applicants / Students may apply through Online Application Form: http://ehsaas.hec.gov.pk. Step 2: Completed Forms (Hard Copy) along with necessary Supporting Documents) may be submitted to Financial Aid Office of the respective university for further scrutiny process.

12	Is awarded scholarship is transferable   to other university ?	The awarded scholarship is non transferable to any other university, academic degree program and session.
13	I am student of 03 Years Bachelor Degree / 02 Years Master Degree Program enrolled in Public Sector University, am I eligible to apply for Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship?	Two-year post-higher secondary or equivalent programs , two years associate degree programs, Masters  and the nomenclature of BA/BSc programs are excluded
